Rewards are evaluated and credited based on the quality and legitimacy of the activity, which may be influenced by factors such as the geographic location of the user, whether the source of activity is unique, and other conditions. You acknowledge that rewards are subject to fluctuation and that Giverr.io reserves the right to reevaluate your rewards or modify or discontinue (cancel) the reward system at any time without prior notice. Giverr.io is not an earnings platform and does not guarantee rewards or income stability in any way or form.

Your user balances is designed to be used locally on the Giverr.io platform, non transferrable, does not have any monetary value or other value outside of the website and does not guarantee a payout. You can withdraw certain rewards using our provided means, however, any balances reflected in your wallet do not guarantee a payout unless explicitly allowed per each user on an individual basis, until approved and processed by the platform administration. Main balance displayed in Giverr.io is an internal points system with no guaranteed conversion to other currencies and does not reflect any real word currency.

Giverr.io offers a referral program where you may earn a percentage of rewards generated by users you refer. Your participation in this program must adhere to all applicable laws, and you are prohibited from using fraudulent methods to generate referrals or manipulate earnings. Referral rewards may be subject to change at the sole discretion of Giverr.io.

By using Giverr.io, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate clicks, activities, or referrals.
2. Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as manipulating IP addresses, using VPNs to generate fake clicks, or providing false information.
3. Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or attempting to interfere with their use of the platform.
4. Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform’s security systems.

You may request to withdraw rewards using to the available methods listed on the platform. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds, availability of total rewards pool of the platform and the availability of withdrawal options, which may vary depending on your account status, activity level, and the terms set by Giverr.io. You acknowledge that withdrawal requests are processed within the time frame provided by the platform, and delays may occur due to technical issues, verification processes, or other factors. Giverr.io reserves the right to withhold or deny withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity or violations of these Terms. The total pool of user balances does not reflect and may exceed the total pool of funds available for withdrawals and withdrawals are based on a queue priority system, determined solely by the platform administration.

Giverr.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or services, including rewards, payout structures, or available features, at any time without prior notice. We may also introduce new features or services that will be subject to these Terms. Users agree that Giverr.io will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Giverr.io may terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms, engagement in fraudulent activities, or other misconduct. In the event of termination, any unpaid rewards or balances will be forfeited, and you are prohibited from registering for a new account. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting Giverr.io customer support; however, any rewards that have not been withdrawn prior to termination will be forfeited.

Your use of Giverr.io is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined separately on our Privacy Policy page.

All content, trademarks, logotypes and any other intellectual property related to Giverr.io are the sole property of Giverr.io and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the platform without express written permission from Giverr.io.

Giverr.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, as an experimental service. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that rewards will be credited without delay. Giverr.io disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giverr.io and its affiliates, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the platform or your inability to access the platform.
